SUMMER MARGARITA

  • 2 parts Altos Plata
  • 2 slices (of each) red, orange and yellow sweet peppers
  • 1 part Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ part Agave syrup
  • ¼ part Italian Aperitivo 
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and stir.

Blackberry Bramble Margarita

  • 1.5 parts Altos Plata
  • 2 parts Lemon juice
  • 2 parts Lime juice
  • 1 part Agave Syrup
  • 1 barspoon Blackberry Jam
  • ¼ part Cider Vinegar

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with fresh blackberries.

Say It Ain't So

  • 1 part Altos Plata
  • 1 part Liqueur Ancho Reyes 
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • 3 cucumber slices, plus one for garnish
  • Smoked salt for garnish
Instructions

Add all liquid and 3 cucumbers to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into an old fashioned glass over clean ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice, and a sprinkle of smoked salt.

Spicy Strawberry Margarita

  • 1 part Absolut Juice Strawberry
  • 1 part Altos Plata
  • ½ part Simple syrup
  • ¾ Lime
  • 2 Jalapeño slices
Instructions

Add all liquid to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with Jalapeño slices.

La Passionada

  • 1.5 parts Altos Plata
  • 1.5 part fresh lemon juice
  • ½ parts agave syrup
  • Prosecco
Instructions

Add all liquid into a rocks glass with ice and stir until syrup is dissolved. Top with Prosecco.

Slip-Up Margarita

  • 2 part Altos Plata
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • ¾ part Honey Syrup

Instructions: Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a glass over ice. Fill to the top with Soda Water

Garnish with a blackberry
